Our website indicates expected delivery times. We always endeavour to supply earlier where possible. You will be notified of the dispatch and contacted within 3 days of this date by our specialist delivery company to arrange a convenient delivery date.

We are sorry to hear about your furniture was damaged. It is important that you do not sign and accept the goods therefore check your product upon arrival. The damaged product will loaded back on to the delivery truck and will contact you direct to organise a full replacement to be delivered at our cost.

You can see our full returns policy under sections 8 and 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

Upon delivery of the product please check if and if this is not what you have ordered please do not sign or accept the goods. It will be loaded back on to the delivery van and we will contact you direct to organise your product to be delivered to you at our cost.

Absolutely! We only show a very small selection of the products we can supply and we have a small team of people constantly looking for new and exciting products for your interiors. If you cannot see it let us know what you are looking for at sales@totally-interiors.co.uk and we will make sure we get you that extra special item you are looking for.

Of course! All our team have years of experience in the interiors industry so just drop us a line of what look you are wanting to create and we can lend our help and advice enabling you to create that extra special look. Don’t forget to look at our top tips which are great help points to get you started.

Totally Interiors can only accept payment for orders in pound sterling. If you live outside the UK please contact us sales@totally-interiors.co.uk and let us know what products you would like to order. We will get back to you and let you know what the postage costs would be.
