Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall govern every order and shall form part of the contract between ourselves. The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and do not form part of the contract.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@totallyinteriors.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

1. How to Contact Totally Interiors

2. How to Order
- When you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Basket" button to add it to your shopping basket.
- When you have added your product, you can continue to browse and add more products to your shopping basket in the same way.
- There is a quick guide to what is in your shopping basket displayed on the right hand side of the page at all times. This will indicate how many items you have selected and the total cost of the products in your basket.
- You can see what is in your shopping basket by clicking the button at the top right hand corner of your screen marked "View Basket".
- From the shopping basket page, If you would like to increase/decrease the quantity of your order enter the number of items you would like to order in the text box.
- If you would like to delete an item from your shopping basket please click the delete button.
- When you are happy with your selection, you may proceed to the checkout to place your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping basket page.
- The website will then prompt you to login, enter your login name and password. If you have not registered with totally-interiors.co.uk, you can click here for more information.
- When you have registered or successfully logged in, you will see all the details of your order. If you wish to use your registered address for your delivery and billing address, simply click "Fill the fields below with my registered address". Please note: your billing address should be the cardholder's address.
- A summary of your order will appear. Please choose a method of payment and click "Finalise Your Order". If you have selected to pay by cheque, a form will appear with all your order details. This should be posted with your payment. For more information about alternative ways to pay click here.
- If you are paying by credit card, you will then be directed to a secure area. If you would like more information about the security of our website please see our security policy.
- To pay by credit card, you will be prompted to fill in your card details and cardholders address.
- Please check that the address in this section is the address the card is registered to.
- Totally Interiors accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. Currently we do not accept Diner's Card and American Express
- Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that the details cannot be intercepted by a third party. To confirm that your order is legitimate your credit card company may also carry out security checks on the transaction.
- We carry out security and credit card verification procedures provided by Protx VSP on all orders. We reserve the right to withhold any order that has failed these checks. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.
- You will then receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Please read the following terms and conditions; Once you have placed an order using one of the methods listed above, you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to the following terms;
- Totally Interiors will use best endeavours to ensure that the information provided to you is as accurate as possible. In some instances the photographs used to illustrate the product may not be to scale if compared to other products. Please bear this in mind and refer to the dimensions of the goods where applicable. - An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been placed. This email is not confirmation that Totally Interiors can fulfil the order or the order has been dispatched. We will endeavour to inform you via email if any part of the order is not available / out of stock / delayed.
- Totally Interiors reserve the right to cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so. Totally Interiors may, if deemed appropriate, change or discontinue any of the product lines at the company's discretion. If there are any changes to availability that directly affect a customer order you will be contacted such that an alternative can be found. If no suitable alternative can be found you will be entitled to a refund in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
- We aim to ensure all the prices on the website are accurate; however sometimes errors may occur. If an error occurs which affects a customer order, we will use best endeavours to contact the customer as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the order. We will provide the customer with the option to re-confirm the order at the correct value, or cancel the order and request a refund in full. If we are unable to contact the customer we will treat the order as cancelled and automatically issue a refund.
- Prices on the Totally Interiors website are in UK Pounds Sterling.
- Totally Interiors do not deliver outside of the UK.

3. Security
Totally Interiors uses Protx VSP to process its credit card payments. Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Protx VSP is designed so the Totally Interiors do not have to hold sensitive information on our site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information. The possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Protx VSP database is minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.
Protx security measures:
- Credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
- Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls.
- Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.
- Fraud Prevention
- AVS and CV2 - Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CV2) check that the billing address and security code on the back of a credit card match the details held with the bank.
- Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC)- Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard are the online equivalent of Chip and PIN. Visa and Mastercard have recently developed this technology as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction
- VPDQ- Verified Payment Data Query - VPDQ is a service provided by Protx and our fraud screening partner The 3rd Man. The 3rd Man screen all transactions placed on our website and the results are displayed within an easy to understand decision tool to help Totally Interiors to decide whether Totally Interiors wish to accept or reject transactions.
- Physical security and resilience
- Several forms of physical security and multiple levels of system backup protect the Protx VSP and database. This makes transaction processing highly reliable and resilient to events such as security breach or power failure.
- Only authorised personnel can gain access to the VSP Server and fingerprint identification is required.
- Multiple servers are dedicated to particular roles.
- The VSP Servers are fed by multiple power supplies and backup generators.
- Secondary network connections will activate should the primary network fail.
- VSP Servers have multiple connections to banking authorisation and settlement systems.

4. How To Register
Why do you have to register? We ask you to register with Totally Interiors so that we can ensure we get all the correct contact and payment details for your orders.it helps to speed up the order process by registering with Totally Interiors, and on the rare occasions when we are having difficulty fulfilling your order we can contact you as quickly as possible.
Registering with Totally Interiors could not be simpler.
You can access the registration page from the link at the top right-hand corner of the page ("Not a member? Click here") or from the login page ("Register with Totally Interiors ").
Fill in the details on the form, supplying as much information as possible.
Once completed this form please click "Register".
If you have any concerns about supplying you personal details to Totally Interiors, please feel rest assured that all information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

5. How To Change Your Registration Details
Simply log in using your username and password. Click on the "Your Account" button in the top right-hand corner of the web page. Change your details where necessary and click "Update Your Account".

6. How To Change Your Order
You can change your order at any point up to payment.
If you wish to change any part of your order once you have submitted, we ask that you email sales@totally-interiors.co.uk within 48 hours for purchase.

7. How To Track Your Order
Totally Interiors will automatically send you an email to advise that the order has been dispatched.

8. Shipment And Delivery
Most of our products are handmade and therefore take between 8-12 weeks for delivery. Some product delivery times differ and all indicative timescales are shown on each product information page. Occasionally delivery timescales change and if Totally Interiors foresee any reason why your order will not be shipped within the stated timescales, we will endeavour to contact you to resolve.
At the point of dispatch from our manufacturer you will be notified via email. Your product will then be taken to our specialist delivery service. Once the product reaches our warehouse you will be contacted to organise a suitable delivery time. Contact with you should be made within 3 days from initial dispatch.
Upon agreement of suitable delivery time your product will be scheduled in for delivery. If you are then, for any reason, unavailable on the agreed date you must notify the delivery centre no less than 2 days before the agreed time. If you fail to do so you will be charged for the second scheduled delivery of your product.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
You will be expected to be available to accept the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordered goods fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. Totally Interiors cannot accept refunds for goods that cannot fit into the home or cannot be delivered due to access, unsuitability or any fault of the customer. If you are uncertain please contact us by email on sales@totally-interiors.co.uk and we will assist you.
You will be responsible for checking and signing for your products. Once the item is signed for we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights as the consumer.
In the unlikely event you find your items damaged upon arrival your products will be loaded back onto the delivery van and Totally Interiors will contact you within 24 hours to organise a replacement to be delivered at our cost. We will endeavour to supply a full replacement within 2 weeks.
Totally Interiors will only deliver to addresses in the UK, however if you are based abroad then please contact us on sales@totally-interiors.co.uk for a specialist quote.

9. Availability
Totally Interiors cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will endeavour to inform the customer via email and will offer an alternative.
All special offers are subject to availability, if we are unable to supply the customers with the product ordered, we will endeavour to inform the customer via email and we will offer an alternative.

10. Return Of Goods
Totally Interiors will not refund goods because they do not match, suit or fit or because they are unsuitable to the position the customer envisaged. Each piece is ordered for you and cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that our products have an aged effect therefore cracking, staining, chipping of the paint is all part of this effect and should not be considered damaged.
Totally Interiors do accept the return of goods unless under the following circumstances.
- We will accept the return of any incorrect orders. The item returned should be in the same condition as when it was sent.
- We will not refund (or exchange to the value of) any delivery charges made on goods which are returned for any reason other that incorrect order.
- Once the goods have been returned, they are inspected by our quality control department. Once they are happy that the goods have not been used, we will then issue a refund.
- We will accept the return of damaged goods if notified at the point of delivery. Once the product is returned it will be inspected by our quality control department. If no damage is found no replacement will be offered or refund given. If you choose to then accept the product you will be charged for the second delivery
